Description
Right and left-hand indentures of a fine levied at Westminster Michaelmas Term, 12 Charles II, between Thomas Jones, plaintiff, and Thomas Rogers and Elizabeth his wife and William Vale and Bridget his wife, deforciants, of three messuages and three gardens in Stratford-upon-Avon. The deforciants recognize the said property to be the right of the plaintiff, for which he gives £60.
