Early deed addressed to all the faithful of the Hospital in honour of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Cross (in Stratford) by which Walter de --- grants apparently to the same fraternity, Lands c. in the territory of Alueston and Tydinton in the fields of Clyfford, at Walda and elsewhere; the bounds of the land are given, and the names of Henry Wager, William son of Osbert de Wylmecot, Robert son of Henry, Richard le Ferour, Richard Warner, and payments of a pound of pepper, sheriff's aid and `wartseluor', and rent to the Bishop of Worcester are mentioned Undated The handwriting of this document is similar to that used on the two Cartulary Rolls BRT3/1/199-200, and and may possibly be a portion of such a Roll
