Counterpart of lease, indented, from Richard Buggy, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross etc., of Stratford upon Auen, John Brugge and Thomas Clopton, `gentelmen', Richard Bentley, William Jeffes, John Bedull', William Philippus, Richard Stowe and William Buggy, aldermen, John Edwardes and Wolfrid Smyht, proctors of the same, to William Waryner of a tenement in Stratford in Henleystrete late in the tenure of Thomas Grene, `bocher', between a tenement late of Richard Parsons, miller, in which John Baker then dwelt, and a tenement of Thomas Tomeson, late of John Oxton, and extending in length from the said street to the highway called le Gylleputtes, for 61 years at an annual rent of 16 shillings (and a chief rent of 3 pence) Dated in the hall of the Gild, 10 September, 12 Henry VII Seal lost
