Counterpart of lease, indented, from Thomas Phyllyppes, master of the Gild of the Trinity, our Lady and the Nativity of St.John the Baptist of Stratford vppon Avyn, with the assent of John Combes, William Phyllyppes, Thomas Taylour, Rechard Lord, Hewghe Ranolds, Olyuer Lyghtfott, Henry Samwell, and Thomas Whatley, aldermen, and Thomas Bagar and William Handes, proctors of the same Gild, to Robert Mors, `milner', of a tenement and a barn in Hendley Strett, then in his tenure, between a tenement of the `kepers' of the College of Stratford and a barn of William Clopton of Clopton, esq., for 40 years at an annual rent of 14 shillings, with bond of obligation in £10 for the performance of covenants `Dated made evyn', 10 February, 28 Henry VIII Seal of red wax, circular, broken.
