Counterpart of lease, indented, from Thomas Greuyll, gent., master of the Gild of the Holy Cross, etc., of Straford upon Aven, with the assent of Henry Clopton, gent., William Phillipps, Adrian Quyny, Thomas Taylour, Hugh Reynoldes, Richard Monyngley, John Harrecourtt and Richard Woodell', aldermen, and Richard Quyny and John Whyttyngton, proctors of the same Gild, to William Vydken, glover, of a tenement in Henley Strett between a tenement of the Warden of the collegiate church of Straford and a tenement of the minister of the house of the order of the Holy Trinity of Thellisford, for 30 years at an annual rent of 16 shilling Dated in the Gildhall, 23 December, 18 Henry VIII Endorsed in a later hand: `A leyse exspierd nowe in the tenur of Gylbart Bradleye' Seal of red wax, circular.
