Counterpart of lease, indented, from Richard Quyny, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross etc., of Straford vppon Aven, William Cloppton, esq., Thomas Taylour, Hughe Raynolde, Thomas Whateley, William Smyth, Richard Lyghtfoote, John Geffreys and William Benett, aldermen, William Menske and Andrewe Sutton, proctors of the same Gild, to Jamys Hawkes, `coruyser', of a tenement in Brugge strete then in his tenure, for 20 years at an annual rent of 6s.8d. and chief rent, with bond of obligation in £4 for the performance of covenants Dated in the Gildhall, 15 November, 34 Henry VIII Seal of red wax, oblong.
