Counterpart of lease, indented, from Henry Samwell, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross etc., of Straford vppon Avyn by the consent of William Phillips, Adrian Quyny, Thomas Taylour, Olyuer Lyghttfoote, Richard Lorde, Hughe Raynoldes, William Staffordshere and Thomas Whateley, aldermen, and John Geffreis and Thomas Whoode, `prock-etourres of the same Gylde', to Agnes Marcholde, widow, of a tenement in Straforde in Bruge Strete called the Angell, late in the tenure of Henry Monkyn; for 31 years at an annual rent of 33s.4d. `and yf yt fortune the said Agnes Marcholde to decease and departe outt of this presentt worlde wtin the forsaid terme of xxxjt supi; yeres' the residue of the term to remain to Richard Marcholde her son and heir `Made and sealed in the Gilde haule', 20 June, 25 Henry VIII Seal lost
