Counterpart of lease, indented, from Olifer Lyghttfoot, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross etc., of Strettford upon Hauen, with the assent of John Edwarddes, William Phelippus, Henry Munkyn, Thomas Taylour, Phillip Kyngges, Richard Robarttes and Richard Lyghttfoott, aldermen of the said Gild, to Richard Broone of a tenement with a small garden adjoining in Grenehyll strett between a tenement of the said Richard and a tenement of the lord Baron de Woosley, for 31 years at an annual rent of 5 shillings Dated in the Gildhall, 22 March, 12 Henry VII Seal of red wax, circular.
