Counterpart of lease, indented, from Thomas Whateley, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross, etc. of Straford vppon Avyn, William Phillips, Thomas Taylour, Olyuer Lyghttfote, Hughe Raynoldes, Henry Samwell, John Comebes, Thomas Phillips and Henry Hyll, aldermen, and Henry Bedull' and Robert Honyate, proctors of the same Gild, to Olyuer Lyghttfote of a close in Bruge towne in the parish of Aleston called `William Bulles close' for 31 years at an annual rent of 7 shillings and `all cheyff rentes ... of what so euer they be, dewe vnto the pryoure of Worceter', with a bond of obligation in £3.6.8 for the performance of covenants Dated 26 November, 26 Henry VIII.
