Description

Feoffment from Daniel Baker of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., surviving feoffee of a deed of 16 October 1601 (DR535/7) to Baldwin Brookes and John Woolmer the younger, aldermen of the borough of Stratford, and John Smith, William Walker, John Brookes and Thomas Tayler, chief burgesses of the same, of two tenements in Wood Street and Henley Street, now in the tenure of John Copland, adjoining a tenement in the tenure of Widow Brente on the east and a tenement in the tenure of Arthur Coates on the west: to hold the same to such uses contained in the last will of John Turner. Attached is an extract from the said will repeating the uses given in DR535/7.
