Conveyance by lease and release from Edy Turner of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow and relict of Robert Turner, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, husbandman, to Joseph Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, ironmonger, for £13 in addition to £17 owed by the late Robert Turner to the said Joseph Smith, of a messuage in Ely Street, alias Swine Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the tenure of the said Edy Turner and now of Joseph Ingram, bounded on the west by two messuages in the tenure of Isaac Broome and Widow Walford and on the east by a messuage in the tenure of Frances Milward.
