Seals of red wax, pointed oval, all fragmentary, and all appended to tags of blue and yellow silk.
The names of the signatories are written above in one hand (1) `Basileus Ierosolomit'. Missing (2) `Adenulphus Consa'. The archbishop seated, wearing pontificals, the right hand raised in benediction, the left holding the crozier (3) `Thomas Etesiensis'. The bishop standing, the right hand raised in benediction, the left holding the pastoral staff (4). `Nicholas Fortibulensis'. Missing (5) `Adam Rosanatinus'. Missing (6) `Bernardus Pacensis'. Missing (7) `Johannes Grossetanus'. The bishop standing, in pontificals, his right hand raised in benediction, his left holding the pastoral staff (8) `Ranucius Calaritanus'. Missing (9) `Nicholaus Neocastrensis'. Missing (10) `Angelus Fesulanus'. Missing (11) `Antonius Cennadiensis'.
