Conveyance from John Tasker of Stratford-upon-Avon grocer and Joseph Bayzand of Kingley in the parish of Arrow farmer, executors and trustees of the will of John Cox, with the consent of the benfeciaries under the said will (27 persons, named), to Richard Lapworth of Stratford-upon-Avon bookseller and his trustee, reciting the will and codicil of the said John Cox, (dated 16 June 1815 and 16 December 1845, proved at Canterbury, 16 April 1847) who died on 15 September 1846, for £620, of a messuage in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon bounded on the south by a tenement late in the tenure of Edward Riley and now of William Fisher grocer, and on the north by a tenement belonging to the Poor of Clifford in the tenure of William Martin junior.
