Assignment of mortgage from Francis Chattaway of Wetherley in Arrow, farmer, son and heir of Francis Chattaway late of Shottery, deceased, at the direction of William Chattaway of Arrow, gentleman (surviving executor of the will of Thomas Fisher of Stratford-upon-Avon, deceased, proved 10 January 1832), and with the consent of Charles Frederick Green of Stratford-upon-Avon, hat-manufacturer to Catherine Hudson of Birmingham, widow, (reciting DR266/15), for £800, of a messuage in High Street, now subdivided and in the separate tenures of Charles Frederick Green and --- Mee, hairdresser. For further assurance, Robert Bell Wheler of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, assigns to Edward Cheney of Birmingham, gentleman, a term of 500 years vested in him by deed of 26 September 1828 [no. 12]; to hold in trust for the said Catherine Hudson.
