Principal and interest due on note of hand to testatrix' late husband Thomas from John Smallwood, Aldridge, Staffs., schoolmaster, dated 3 March 1788 for £390 and interest, to which testatrix entitled as residuary legatee of husband to Jane Smith Smallwood, Sarah Smallwood and Honor Smallwood 3 daughters of said John. House and land at Shenstone, Staffs., in occupation of Ann Jesson, and all other real estate to cousin Elizabeth Hardwick, spinster, who lives with testatrix, for life, then to Jane Smith Smallwood absolutely. Residue of personal estate to Elizabeth Hardwick who is sole executrix. Witnesses: Elizabeth Hill, Thomas S.
