Right-hand indenture of a fine levied at Westminster in Trinity Term 1656 between William Vale and July Shawe, plaintiffs, and John Edwards and Ann his wife, Bartholomew Bull and Priscilla his wife, Francis Hicks, gentleman, and Judith his wife, Roger Francklyn, Thomas Biddle and Ann his wife, Thomas Tibbettes and Margery his wife, and Elizabeth Davyes, deforciants, of nine messuages and nine gardens in Stratford-upon-Avon. The said property was recognized by the deforciants to be the right of the plaintiffs as by their gift, for which the plaintiffs gave £160.
