Somerset, Doctor of Physic (devisee under the will of Thomas Nott, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, surgeon and apothecary, son and heir of Samuel Nott, late of Worcester, clerk, who died intestate) to John Pearce of Stratford-upon-Avon, watchmaker, and his trustee, John Barnhurst of the same, gentleman, reciting DR244/16-17 and DR244/19, for £200, of a messuage in High Street, heretofore in the tenure of Thomas Bott, apothecary, bounded on the south by a tenement of the Corporation leased to Thomas Nott, and on the north by a tenement in the occupation of Mr. Chattaway, mercer.
