Mortgage from John Morgan of Stratford-upon-Avon bookseller to William Ashfield of the same gentleman of a messuage with shop, printing offices and other appurtenances in High Street, Stratford-upon-Avon late in the occupation of Richard Lapworth deceased and now of John Morgan, bounded on the south by property belonging to John James Kemp, on the north by property belonging to the Poor of Clifford Chambers, on the east by property belonging to George John Lapworth and Mary Anne Lapworth, and on the west by the said street; also the joint use, with the said John Kemp, of an entry between the said messuage and the tenement on the south side; to secure £650.
