Assignment from William Wells of Rowington, gentleman, with the consent of Pearshouse Drury of Evesham, co. Worcs., brazier, and at the nomination of John Michael Silvester of Stratford-upon-Avon, grocer, to Thomas Creswell of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, (reciting a mortgage, dated 1 February 1803 whereby the said Pearshouse Drury had mortgaged to the said William Wells a messuage hereinafter described for 1000 years to secure £200, and reciting that the said mortgage had been repaid but the term of years not extinguished) of the said term of 1000 years in the messuage in High Street described in DR65/28, in trust for the said John Silvester to attend the inheritance.
