Lease from Charles Frederick Green of Stratford-upon-Avon, hat-manufacturer, to William Oldaker of Old Stratford, John Tomes of South Littleton, co. Worcs., and William Chattaway of Arrow, bankers and co-partners, of a part of a messuage in High Street (the entirety of which was lately purchased by Charles Frederick Green of the lessees) which has for some years past been used as a banking house by the lessees and which comprises a front room, a back parlour and a space between the said rooms where the strong safe and iron chests now stand, with use of the adjoining passage leading from the street to the back parlour and access above stairs to unlock and make secure the strong safe; to hold the same for 21 years at an annual rent of £10.
