Conveyance by lease and release from Robert Hobbes of Stratford-upon-Avon, and Elizabeth his wife, with the consent of William Oldaker of Old Stratford, John Tomes of Long Marston and William Chattaway of Stratford-upon-Avon, bankers and co-partners, to Thomas Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, (reciting DR266/4-5 and 7), for £440 paid to Robert Hobbes by William Oldaker, John Tomes and William Chattaway, of a messuage in High Street, late in the tenure of Thomas Ashford, since of John Lord but now untenanted; to hold the same in trust for the said William Oldaker, John Tomes and William Chattaway. Covenant to levy a fine in favour of Thomas Chambers of Henley-in-Arden, tanner.
