Admin History

Tibor Reich Designs Ltd and Tiatsa Philatelic were both founded by Tibor Reich.

Tibor Reich was a designer who specialised in textiles. Born into a Jewish family in Budapest, Hungary in 1916, he studied textile design and architecture in Vienna from 1933. In 1937, Reich became a refugee from Nazi persecution in Austria, moving to Leeds University to study textiles.

After working in Bolton, Reich established Tibor Ltd in 1946, located in Clifford Chambers, near Stratford-upon-Avon.
