Feoffment from William Castle the younger of Tachbrook, yeoman, son and heir of William Castle the elder, deceased, and Mary Castle, widow of the said William Castle the elder, to John Henshaw of Stratford-upon-Avon, collarmaker, for £10 15s 0d, of a messuage on the west side of the borough of Stratford-upon-Avon on the backside of the Rother Market, bounded on the north and east sides by an orchard belonging to Richard Tyler, gentleman, in his tenure, and on the south by a messuage in the tenure of Luke Barlow; which said messuage was purchased six years ago from Michael Goodrich; to hold the same to the said John Henshaw in trust for his daughters, Sarah, Elizabeth and Mary, by his wife Mary, as tenants in common. Bond to perform covenants enclosed.
