Worcs., and now of Old Stratford, gentleman, reciting DR244/23-24, of all his rights in the profits arising from the sale as described in DR244/23-24, until the said Robert Fisher has reimbursed himself for a further £150 which he has advanced to the said John Pearce. Bond to perform covenants enclosed.
