Affidavit of John Charles Warden of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, as to the ownership of a house and messuage in High Street: i) that from 1838 to 1857, according to the various rate books of the borough of Stratford-upon-Avon, Thomas Gibbs was assessed as owner and occupier of the said property ii) that from 1858 to 1866 the said Thomas Gibbs was assessed as owner of the said property and John Luckett as occupier iii) that since 1867 Henry Cross was assessed as owner of the said property and Edith Luckett as occupier.
