Description

Authorisation by the Tithe Commissioners, with the consent of the bishop of Worcester and John Lucy (as patron of the church of Alveston), of an exchange of land in Alveston between William Barnard, vicar of Alveston, and William Judd Harding of Alveston, esquire: namely that the latter shall give to the former a piece of land containing 4a 3r 25p in exchange for a parcel of glebe land containing 4a 2r 25p.
