Description
Limited administration of the goods of John Cox of Alcester, granted by James Davenport, vicar of Stratford-upon-Avon, to John Henry Clark of Stratford-upon-Avon, as far as related to the interest of the said John Cox in a term of 500 years in a messuage in Ely Street, mortgaged to him on 15 July 1760 (DR316/1), doubts having arisen as to the validity of the assignment of this term of years on 31 July 1783 (DR316/2).
