Limited administration granted by the bishop of Worcester to Charles Oldaker of Pershore, co. Worcs., gentleman, of the goods unadministered of John Cox late of Alcester, deceased, with particular reference to a term of 500 years, created by a mortgage of 15 July 1760 [no. 1], which had not been legally extinguished. Annexed is a copy of the will of John Cox, dated 3 September 1777, appointing his daughter, Elizabeth Alexander, sole executrix.
