Supplemental abstract of title to a Public House called The Prince of Wales, with other premises, in Stratford-upon-Avon, with the following recitals: i) 1 May 1867: conveyance from James Thomas Bolton (mortgagee of Richard Checkley) to John Nixon Hanman of Banbury, esq., for £420, of a messuage in Rother Street used as a public house and known as the Prince of Wales, with outbuildings and yard running back into Greenhill Street (referred to in earlier deeds as a messuage with malthouse in Rother Street) in the tenure of Charles Taylor, together with a shed or hovel at the east end of certain cottages (31-34 Greenhill Street) held by Charles Taylor, bounded on the north by Greenhill Street, on the east by the said cottage and gardens belonging to Richard Checkley, on the south by a garden belonging to Rev. A.J. Dayman and on the west by property of --- Saunders, esq. ii) 2 May 1867: mortgage from J.N. Harman to William Waters Fleming of Banbury, gentleman, of the premises described in DR306/42/i, to secure £300 iii) 2 September 1875: reconveyance from W.W. Fleming to Margaret Elizabeth Harman of Tadmarton, co. Oxon., widow of J.N. Harman, on her repayment of the mortgage in DR306/42/ii
