Assignment from Henry Oliver Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman, executor of Thomas Hunt late of the same, gentleman, at the request of Edmund Chambers of Milcote, gentleman, and with the consent of Samuel Hay Parker and Bridget his wife, and Rev. John Daniel and Samuel Lovatt, to Rev. Thomas Lea of Bishop's Itchington (reciting DR316/1, 39) of a term of 500 years created by a mortgage of 15 July 1760 of a freehold messuage in Ely Street; also an assignment from John Tomes of Weston, gentleman, to Thomas Wowen Jones of Henley-in-Arden, surgeon (reciting DR316/28, 31) of a term of 2000 years created by a mortgage of 1 May 1810 (DR316/28) of freehold and leasehold premises in Ely Street; to hold the said two terms in trust to attend the freehold and inheritance of the said premises purchased by the trustees of Samuel Hay Parker.
