Settlement on the marriage of Samuel Tissell of Stratford-upon-Avon, saddler, to Sarah daughter of Henry Turbitt of the same, tailor, being a conveyance by lease and release (lease missing) from Henry Turbitt and Mary his wife to trustees (Stephen Nason and George Smith of the same, barbers) of two messuages in Sheep Street in the tenures of Thomas Times and Widow Izod, between a messuage of George Cross on the east and a tenement in the tenure of John Weetman on the west; to hold to the use of Samuel Tissell for life with remainder to Sarah, his intended wife (should she survive him), and their issue.
