Description
Release of dower rights from Christopher Royston of Redditch, co. Worcs., surgeon, and Phoebe his wife, late Phoebe Lucas, widow, to the trustees of the estates of Samuel Lucas, deceased, reciting the will of Samuel Lucas, first husband of Phoebe Royston, dated 27 June 1845, whereby it had been provided that if she accepted certain bequests in his will then she should release her dower rights in the remainder of the estate.
