Demise from Thomas Clerke of Great Alne, gentleman, and Margery his wife, to Timothy Heminge of Great Alne, husbandman, for £21, of a cottage in the tenure of Timothy Heminge with four selions of land, for 1800 years at a peppercorn rent. Endorsed as follows: i) 24 January 1682: mortgage by way of assignment from Timothy Heming to Edward Hiron of Alcester, collar maker, to secure £15 ii) 22 April 1682: assignment from Edward Hiron to Thomas Wilson of Tardebig, co. Worcs., yeoman, for £38. Property now includes newly erected shop. iii) 31 October 1683: reassignment from Thomas Wilson to Timothy Heming, for £38
