Conveyance by lease and release and assignment from John Holmes of Stratford-upon-Avon, schoolmaster, to John Rowden Westbury of Stroudwater, co. Glos., clothier, and Elizabeth Brown of Charlecote, widow, for £350 (£200 by John Westbury and £150 by Elizabeth Brown), of the property described in DR316/11-12; to hold in trust that, in default of the repayment by the said John Holmes of the said £350, they should sell the same, reimburse themselves for the said loan and pay the residue of the profits to John Holmes.
