Assignment from William Cox and Thomas Smith to George Edkins of Aston Cantlow, yeoman (reciting DR333/12, 32 and the recitals therein) for £45, of a messuage in Great Alne, late in the tenure of William Hemming but now untenanted; to hold for the residue of a term of 2000 years.
