Feoffment from Thomas Bott, alderman of the Borough of Stratford and surviving feoffee of a deed of 8 July 1726 (DR535/4) to Samuel Tissell, Richard Hitchcocks, Hugh Burman and John Halford, aldermen of the said borough, and Samuel Price, Richard Allen, Samuel Winter and William Baylis four of the capital burgesses of the same, of the said close of land; to hold to the said uses.
