Agreement for a lease by Thomas Kite, of Clifford Chambers, yeoman, by authority from Thomas Hart, to Thomas Hornby, butcher, of a messuage, etc. [i.e. Shakespeare's birthplace] in Henley Street, Stratford, lately occupied by the said Thomas Hart, to hold for one year, at a rent of £7. 20 May 1794. Folio 113.
