William King Ewen late of Stratford-upon-Avon but now of Birmingham, gent., James Cox of Stratford-upon-Avon, timber-merchant, and Thomas Adams of Birmingham, timber-merchant) to Clara Olive Stuart and Emily Helmore Stuart, both of Stratford-upon-Avon, spinsters, for £1320, of a messuage called Shottery Villa late in the tenure of James Cox.
