Copy will of Richard Bennett of Stratford-upon-Avon, baker, bequeathing to his daughter Mary, wife of George Mann of Stratford-upon-Avon, his freehold messuage in Sheep Street on the west side of Sheep Street, in the tenure of Hugh Cloves, his messuage in Rother Street in his own occupation and the cottage adjoining in the tenure of William Gurling, and the reversion, on the death of his mother, Mary Bennett, of six cottages adjoining Hugh Cloves's house.
