Assignment from Anne Holtham of Harvington, co. Worcs., spinster, executrix of the will of Edward Holtham, late of Dunnington, yeoman, with the consent of William Loggin of Sutton, gentleman, to William Wells of Stratford-upon-Avon, maltster (as trustee for William Warne of the same, maltster) for £100 of a mortgage, recited (DR65/41) to hold in trust to attend the freehold which the said William Warne had contracted to purchase (DR65/42-43) from the said William Loggin, in whom it was solely vested on the death of Thomas Bird, late of Bretforton, co. Worcs., gentleman
