Demise with warranty from Henry Mors of Brynkelowe to the Abbot of Cumba and his successors of one selion of land in the field of Brynkelowe lying on Crosforlonge between the land of William Mors and the land of Richard Ody and extending in length to the road which is called Tutburywey; to hold the same for 60 years next following the feast of the Nativity rendering annually to the said Henry or his Attorney one red rose at the feast of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist. Dated in the feast of the Nativity, 14 Edward IV. Witnesses: Thomas Drowght rector there, John Stokys, John Rows and many others. Tag, seal missing.
