Description

Bond from Thomas Woode of Faulysley co. Northants., yeoman, to William Stanhurst of Corley, yeoman, and Thomas Gregory of Coventr' gent. in £40, the condition being that the said Thomas Woode shall abide by the judgement of John Holbache, George Trappys, gents., Thomas Amersham of Coventre, salter, and John Fyssher of the same, innholder, concerning a lease of a messuage and lands in Corley now in the occupation of the said William Stanhurst, and made to the said William by the said Thomas Gregory; and if they cannot give a decision by October 6 next ensuing then the said Thomas Woode shall abide by the judgement of Henry Porter, Michael Camyswell' and Thomas Hawes of Allysley, gents.
