Bequeathing £200 to Mayor and Chief Alderman of Stratford to buy land producing £12 per annum which was to be used to pay £1 to 12 poor inhabitants who are not almspeople. Also £50 to produce income from land of £3 per annum to pay for a sermon and a dinner on the Feast of St. Thomas the Apostle. Also abstract of a deed of feoffment dated 11 Oct 1669 conveying land in Stratford Field to the uses of Mr William Tyler's will
