Description

Bargain and sale from Thomas Wodd of Allesley yeoman to John Tomson of Coventre of two pastures lying in the lordship of Corley, one called Jervez and the other Tomkyns, for which the said John will pay £13 (£10 on the day of the making of these presents and £3 before the feast of St. John the Baptist 1537). Covenant for further assurance and an agreement that if the said Thomas Wodd repays the said £10 and a further 20 shillings rent for the year ending at the said feast, then this indenture will be void.
