Description

Lease with warranty from John de Segrave to William his tailor and Margery his wife of 11 shillings of silver annually and rent of assize which he had from the tenement of Geoffrey de Styvichale in Coventre; to hold the same for the lives of the said William and Margery and of the survivor of them, rendering annually 12 pence of silver for all services except foreign service; and after the death of the said William and Margaret, the said rent to revert to the said John. Witnesses: Robert de Stokes, Adam des Okes, Symon Erneys of Sowe, Robert Jabet, of the same, Roger Dayesie of Coventr', Adam Russel of the same, John de Langeleye of the same, and others. Dated at Kalouedon' on Tuesday next after the feast of St. Botulph the Abbot, 30 Edward I. Tag, seal lost. Endorsed: i) de redditu in Coventr' in comitatu Warr' ii) xi solidatos redditus [AG]
