Quitclaim from Nicholas le Wodeward of Coventr' to William de Hamslape, goldsmith, of Coventr' and Matilda his wife of all his right in 7 shillings annual rent which he was accustomed to receive from a certain tenement in `alto vico' [High Street] opposite Le Potteresrowe in Coventr' between the tenement of the said William and the tenement which Adam de Bromleye holds; which rent the said William and Matilda formerly had by the gift of the said Nicholas for the term of their lives. Witnesses: John de Clifton', bailiff, Roger de Pacwode, coroner, Robert Franceys, Robert de Chilton', Richard le Spicer, William le Waydur, John de Colishul, clerk, and many others.
