Quitclaim from John Newton', chaplain, and Richard Coton of Coventre to Nicholas Crosseby, clerk, John Ledar, John Norwode, William Donyngton' and Thomas Faukoner of all their right in those lands and tenements, etc. in the vill and fields of Coventre and Keresley and elsewhere in the county of Warwick which they had together with William Dylock of Coventre, merchant, Adam Hyton' of the same, `deyster' and Robert Shipley now all deceased by the gift of William Dey of Coventre who had the same by the grant and feoffment of William Wymondeswold and Katherine his wife. Witnesses: John Runton', mayor of Coventre, Thomas Wyrley and John Essex, bailiffs of the same, John Braytoft, John Warant, William Swan' and many others. Dated at Coventre, 14 December, 15 Henry VI.
