Description

Lease with warranty from Baldwin de Frevill', knight, to William de Dunchirche of Coventr', girdle-maker, of 2 water mills, one called Alleryuford' and the other Pynleymulne, and the pasture called le Lynche with all other waters, fisheries etc. relating to the said mills; to hold of the said Baldwin from the feast of the Annunciation next ensuing for a term of 8 years paying annually £4.10s.0d. (4 terms); and the said William to maintain the same at his own expense. Dated at Pynleye, 8 March, 39 Edward III. Seal on tag: circular, red. A lion asleep beneath a tree. Legend obscure.
