Description

Demise with warranty from Ranulf son of Robert de Stivichale to Thomas formerly servant of Master John de Allespathe of two parts of the meadow on this side of the bridge of Bathekinton', of which meadow William de Cherlecote holds the third part in name of his wife's dower; to hold of the said Ranulf for a term of 5 years, beginning at the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Mary next after the consecration of Dom Hugh de Pateshull' as bishop of Coventrensis; for which the said Thomas gives half a mark. Witnesses: Anketil son of Roys, John de Cannele, Thomas de Cannele, Thomas de Hulle of Bathekintone, Robert Beufiis, Robert Long', Reginald de Withibroc and others. Tag, seal lost.
