Description

Gift with warranty from Agnes, once the wife of William de Barwe, widow, to Thomas de Merston' and Alexander Thurbarn of Shireford of two selions of land with appurtenances in Stivechale, of which one selion lies in Meredeneside between the land of John de Langeleye and the land called Longerodes and `est' headland, and the other in Wodetonslade between the land of John de Langeleye on both sides, extending to the furlong called Carsewellforlong'; to hold the same to the said Thomas and Alexander of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Geoffrey de Wyteleye, Thomas de Barwe, John de Finham, John le Heyr, John Champion, clerk, and others. Dated at Stivechale, Tuesday next after the feast of Holy Trinity, 11 Edward II.
